Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

Orders will ship within 5-7 business days and you will receive shipment and tracking information.

S​hipping usually arrives within 5-7 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We will only accept returns for products damaged upon delivery or if there is a defect to the product. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at safire.ca@veinternational.org. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items without a tag or receipt.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges.

Refunds

No refunds after 30 days.

Important Safety Instructions​

Do not repair or replace any part of the appliance or attempt any servicing. Do not tamper with the controls in any way that would hinder the capabilities of the machine. Making changes to the original machine and its workings risk losing eligibility for Return & Exchange if done within the first 30 days of ownership.
